What we collect

When you request a valuation we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, postcode, the park your caravan sits on (if applicable), details of the caravan itself, and any photos you choose to upload.

Why we use it

We use your details to produce your valuation, to contact you about it, and to progress the selling route you choose. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use our contact page.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the site working and to remember your progress through a valuation.
